Inspection on delivery
Please inspect the product when it arrives and before completing receipt when possible. Check the model, visible condition, main accessories, and packaging. If there is an obvious issue, contact support as soon as possible.
Wrong or damaged item
If you receive a wrong item, missing main accessory, or a product damaged during delivery, we will review the case and arrange replacement, return, or support according to product condition and availability.
Return and exchange timeframe
Return or exchange requests should be submitted within 14 days from delivery unless a different warranty or supplier term applies. Faster reporting helps us resolve the case more accurately.
Condition of returned products
Returned products should be unused, clean, complete, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty documents, and invoice or order reference. Products damaged by misuse may not qualify for return.

Manufacturing defects after use are handled according to the warranty terms of the brand, supplier, or authorized service center. Warranty handling may require inspection before approval.
