Order confirmation
Submitting an order means you are requesting to buy the selected products. For Cash on Delivery orders, IM ZONE may contact you by phone before dispatch to confirm customer details, address, product availability, and order value.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and may change without prior notice. Product availability, offers, and delivery timing are subject to stock confirmation before dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery depends on the customer area, product size, courier capacity, holidays, and confirmation response. Customers should provide a complete and accurate address, phone number, and any useful delivery notes.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery means payment is collected when the order arrives. No upfront payment is required for COD orders. The customer should be available at the confirmed address and phone number during delivery.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support. After dispatch, cancellation depends on courier status and may require refusing receipt according to delivery handling rules.
Warranty and support
Warranty coverage follows the terms of the brand, supplier, or authorized service provider. IM ZONE can help guide customers to the correct support process, but warranty approval may require product inspection.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering correct order information, checking product details before purchase, receiving the order at the agreed location, and keeping invoice or order reference details for support.
